  • Cadillac

That’s right! Named after a car company, the Pilates Cadillac is considered the ultimate apparatus. It looks like a bed, with a four-post metal frame and a cushioned mat. At one end, there’s the push-through bar, which can be loaded with springs; arm and legs Springs, as well as a roll-down bar, can be hooked up to the opposite end. A slider bar at the top of the canopy houses the trapeze bar, which accommodates everything from those cool acrobatic movements for advanced students to supported stretching for more fragile clients.

  • Ladder Barrel

The Ladder Barrel, the largest of all the barrels that are connected to a ladder, is designed to provide support for the spine against gravity, the Barrels are great tools for promoting breath capacity, flexibility and better posture.

  • The Reformer

We use Balanced Body Allegro 2 Reformers. The footbar is an infinity bar that slides horizontally the entire length of the frame.

The reformer is the most well known piece of equipment. It is a machine that uses pulleys, ropes and springs to provide resistance to the Pilates mat exercises. It helps to promote stability while improving range of motion. The addition of a jump board to the reformer can add a cardio aspect to any workout, ensuring a well-rounded athletic session.

  • Stability Chair

The Pilates chair tones the entire body from head to toe and improves balance by challenging the muscles with body weight, coordination, and spring resistance. The chair is an excellent piece of equipment for both seated and standing work.

  • Springboard

The springboard is a balanced body apparatus based on the original Trapeze Table designed by Joseph Pilates. The springboard also takes the traditional mat exercises and adds resistance to the movements. It is different from the reformer in that your arms and legs work independently. The springs can be placed in 22 different positions and the body is in direct contact with them, making some of the movements more challenging than on the reformer.

  • TRX

Created by a Navy SEAL, this piece of equipment is so versatile that you can take it with you and use it wherever and whenever you want. The TRX will deliver a fast, effective total-body workout. It helps to build a solid core and increase muscular endurance. Can be used and beneficial for people of all fitness levels and ages. By utilizing your own body weight, the TRX Suspension Trainer provides great performance, endurance, strength and agility.
